Annual increment: 3% of basic pay, added to pay in pay band, final basic pay rounded to nearest ₹10, applied on 1st July after 6 months of service per West Bengal rules.
A Category Benefit: If selected, adds ₹300 to pay in pay band on the specified date. Basic pay is recalculated and rounded to nearest ₹10 after this.
